INFORMATION NOTICE ON THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA

NOXORSOKEM GROUP srl, with registered office in via Udine 46 – SS 13, 33080 Cusano Zoppola (PN) email info@noxorsokem.it, as owner of the processing of your personal data (hereinafter the “Data Controller”), issues this information notice to the Data Subject in accordance with the European and Italian regulations on the protection of personal data.
This information notice integrates the navigation policy of the website, by illustrating to the User how the Data Controller will specifically process the data entered in this contact form. We therefore advise you to read our privacy policy.

Legal basis and purpose of the processing

The Data Controller processes the personal data for the following purposes:
1. to respond to requests made through this form, for example, to obtain information on its products and services (including the sending of brochures, catalogues and/or other company information), to get a quote, etc.: in this case, consent is not required because the processing is necessary to manage these requests;
2. to use the Data Subject’s email address to send the newsletter with updates on its products and services; promotions or invitations for event in which the Controller will participate: for this purpose, the express consent of the Data Subject is required.

Data retention period

The Data Controller intends to process the data according to the following time criteria:

  • if information is requested, the data will be processed for the time necessary to respond; if a quote is requested, however, the data will be processed for twenty-four months from the effectiveness period of the proposal, without prejudice to further retention for the time needed to settle (however reached) disputes that may have arisen;
  • for the purposes set forth in point 2), the data will be processed for twenty-four months from the date of consent or its next update: the Data Subject may withdraw the consent or however oppose the processing at any time.

Nature of data provision and consequences of refusal to provide data

The provision of data for the purposes referred to in point 1) is necessary, and therefore any refusal to provide said data in whole or in part may make it impossible for the Data Controller to achieve the above purposes. The provision for further purposes is optional, but the failure to do so will make it impossible for the Data Controller to carry out the corresponding activities. However, it will still be entitled to achieve the purposes referred to in point 1).

Categories of recipients

The Data Controller will not disclose the data, but may communicate them to people within the Company who have been authorised to process them on account of their duties, as well as to commercial agents and professionals or service companies, and public and private bodies, even following inspections and audits.
Should these recipients process data on behalf of the Data Controller, they will be appointed as Data Processors through an appropriate agreement or legal document.

Transfer of data to a third country and/or international organisation

The Data Controller may transfer personal data to Countries outside the European Economic Area due to the use of computer services in cloud mode as well as to ensure the security of the data through remote backup. In these cases, the transfers shall be made in accordance with the specific requirements of the data protection regulations.

Rights of Data Subjects

The Data Subject shall have the right to request from the Data Controller to access his or her personal data and to rectify any inaccuracies, to erase them or limit their processing if the requirements are met, to object to their processing for legitimate interests pursued by the Data Controller, as well as obtain the portability of personal data only if they have been processed by automated means based on consent or on a contract. The Data Subject also has the right to withdraw the consent given for the processing purposes that require it, without affecting the lawfulness of the processing carried out until the moment of withdrawal.
